1. General Terms
a.) This contract shall be governed by German Law regardless whether
the customer resides abroad.
b.) All prices are calculated in Euro and US-Dollar
c.) Other terms and conditions of sale have executed a seperate
contract which specifically supersedes and replaces these terms and
conditions. Written acknowledgement is mandatory.
d.) The offer is not binding. Errors excepted.
2. Delivery
Our Goods are Generally Delivered by German Postal Office.
If we are out of Stock you will be informed immediately.
3. Shipping Cost

Insurance is optional and at the
buyer's expense.
Death-Cards.com will
not be responsible for uninsured
items.
4. Terms of Payment
The payment of the goods is carried out by pre-payment.
We also accept all major Credit Cards,payment processing via PayPal.
5.Returns
In Conformity with the Sales Law we guarantee you an unlimited right of
Return within 14 days without detail of Reason.
You keep this period by dispatch your repurchase desire in due time to:

The repurchase desire must be carried out in writing (e-mail is sufficient).
The product must be returned stamped sufficiently and packed for certain.
The sales contract gets effective only after expiry of the 14-day return period.
6.Ownership
Goods supplied remain the property of Death-Cards.com until fully paid.
7. The law that applies / Salvatorian Clause
a.) If customer is a merchant or a public-law entity, or it is subject to
public law place of performance and venue for all disputes arising out of or in
connection with this legal relationship, shall be Cologne/Germany.If customer is
residing abroad, or has no place of venue within the country, or has no place of
residence, place of performance and venue shall also be Munich/Germany.
b.) In case one or more statements of this contract are invalid or will
lose validity the contract as a whole is not affected. Then the contents of the
contract adheres to the statutory requirements.
